I started playing Portal Stories: Mel the other day. It's an absolutely fantastic mod and I highly recommend it if you have Portal 2 on Steam. Aside from that though, what is with me falling for cores? Virgil is adorable.

So yeah, I got to working on a humanization. He's not finished yet -some proportions are a bit wonky, rigging needs work, and he needs a better torso/neck seam- but I hope to allow him for download when he's done. I'll have to double check my parts though.

I really want to put his inner ring texture on the lighter parts of his jacket but the in-game texture isn't set up right for that and for the life of me I cannot mimic that pattern. I also plan to stick the appropriate Aperture logo on the back of his jacket once I get the symmetry problem solved.

Please no spoilers! While I have finished the game I'm sure others have not. Don't spoil it for anyone. Thank you.
